Our Holiday Home Services are a range of very professional and flexible cleaning, property and lifestyle services for owners, guests, property developers or managers of high quality self catering holiday accommodation and second homes within most of the North Cornwall, Mid Cornwall and Newquay areas.
The three key services together offer a complete bundled package to manage and maintain your property and completely cater for your paying guests. Nearly all our holiday home and second home owners don’t live in Cornwall so we are very experienced in working with absent owners.

Holiday Home Cleaning & Laundry Services
Our holiday home cleaning and laundry services can include; holiday let changeover cleaning, linen & laundry services ( including hire options), toiletries & welcome packs, grocery shopping, one off spring cleans, carpet cleaning, steam cleaning and much more! We only use our own fully trained, insured and equipped Housekeepers (often referred to as Cleaners or Caretakers).
The changeover and laundry services are offered with our holiday home Property Management Service and these services together, offer you a truly have a complete, legally compliant, professional package to help manage all of the multiple aspects associated with your holiday/second home and indeed your guests. Holiday Home Property Services
For holiday homes and second homes within most of the North Cornwall, Mid Cornwall and the Newquay area, we can provide comprehensive property management, property maintenance, property repair and 24 hour guest services.
Our base services can include empty property checking, key holder services, 24 hour guest helpline, gardening and window cleaning. We can also provide emergency services and/or project manage small to medium building projects using our approved plumbers, builders, electricians, carpenters and decorators. Holiday Home Concierge Services – Our time, making your time, a great time in ... Cornwall.
Don’t just rent your paying guests a property, give them a complete holiday experience! Holiday Concierge is a great value added service that helps make the holiday homes that we work with, stand out above the rest. It costs holiday home owners nothing to offer it, as the guests pay for it when they use it. Many of our home owners also use this service! Guests have access to full concierge services including: Finding holiday homes, holiday home services, transport, leisure, chefs/cooks, catering, travel and much more.
