Our property Management services are designed specifically for those customers who own a holiday home(s) or second home within North Cornwall, and require a professional service to help manage all of the multiple aspects associated with your property and guests.
To help make things easy, we have created a base Property Management package which includes the following, for an agreed quarterly fee.
Property Checking
We carry out random weekly checks to both the inside and outside of your property when it is empty to check for:
* Forced Entry * Vandalism * Break-ins * Storm Damage * Water Ingress
* Window/door security * Damp * Pests * Redirect any Post * Electronic Security
Our lead inspector is a retired CID officer who used to police the local area so your property is in reliable and trustworthy hands.
Should we find any high priority actions then we can use our own staff to remedy them or appoint specialist contractors. We always provide a written report of every property visit to help demonstrate the transparency of the service delivery.

Key Holder Services
You can register us as one of your nominated key holders with the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary so that the emergency services have our details and we can deal with any incidents on your behalf, whatever the time, day or night. Our main key holder staff are SIA registered as required by law.
Important Note
From the 20th March 2006, under Section 4(4) of the Private Security Industry Act 2001, it is a criminal offence to work as a contracted Key Holder in England and Wales without an SIA (Security Industry Authority) license. Part of the process in obtaining a license is to undergo identity and criminal record checks.

24 Hour Guest & Property Helpline
Should there be a problem or fault at the property; either you or your guests can contact us so that we can resolve it for you. If necessary, we will either visit the property and try and resolve the problem or we will co-ordinate specialist contractors, 24 hours a day.
Note: Call outs outside of normal working hours attract an agreed attendance fee.
