Whatever is required for your holiday home to either equip it with the basics, provide welcome Packs or even welcome meals, we can provide exactly what you want.

Sundry Items

Toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, j cloths, scourers, bin bags, recycling sacks, we can provide whatever quantities that you want your holiday property to have. As part of our Holiday Home Cleaning Service, we do provide some of these items as standard with our own Perfect Example sundry pack..

In second homes (non rented properties), we normally manage the stock levels so that the property always has everything ready for use.

Welcome Gifts

Bottles of wine, bunches of flowers, Cornish produce, food hampers, bathroom packs, tea and coffee ... In fact, we can bespoke the welcome gifts to whatever you want.

We can either supply all these items or use your pre-purchased items.

This service can be provided or altered to suit rental incomes.

Arrival Meals

Providing frozen or prepared meals is starting to become much more popular over the last couple of years.

We can supply set frozen meals that can be cooked from frozen, have prepared meals waiting or provide the ingredients for a full Cornish breakfast.

Whatever is needed, we can source and supply it with our catering partners.
