We provide domestic key holder services 24/7 to help safeguard and protect your property. Whether we are called out by the emergency services or by you or your guests if the keys have been mislaid, we will respond and resolve the situation.
If when we respond, we find smashed windows, leaking pipes, or a faulty alarm, we can resolve the problem using our own staff or preferred contractors. We can either cover your property on an annual basis or just for short periods when you may be away on business or holiday.
You can register us as a nominated key holder and preferred supplier for emergency repairs with the Devon & Cornwall Constabulary. This way the emergency services have our details and we can deal with any incidents on your behalf, whatever the time, day or night.
Important Note
From the 20th March 2006, it became a legal requirement to hold a license for key holding, issued by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). Our front line staff have been licensed by the SIA. and undergone identity and criminal record checks.
