We now look after well in excess of 100 holiday homes across North Cornwall and Newquay and we have developed a reputation for excellence in providing only the very highest standards of cleaning and customer care. Most of our holiday home services customers live elsewhere in the UK or overseas so trust, effective communication and an ability to resolve any property or guest related problem quickly, are hallmarks of our service delivery and capability.
This service is very personalised and we enjoy working with those customers that are passionate about looking after their holiday homes in North Cornwall and committed to delivering the highest of standards to their guests. Our holiday home services can enhance the current package that you offer your customers. We devise bespoke service proposals for every property which can include any or all of the following.
Holiday Home Services � Cleaning
For each property, there are three main types of cleaning visits that we carry out to holiday homes:
Changeover Clean
This is a full and comprehensive green* clean of the property(s) to an agreed service specification which normally includes linen & laundry services, welcome packs, sundry packs and much more. * All our standard cleaning materials are biodegradable and non toxic
to humans.
Check & Refresh
As we always clean on guest departures, if the property is left empty for normally more than a week, we will visit the property just before it is let, to dust the property as well as check that everything is still to a high standard. We also odour neutralize the property for that fresh welcoming fragrance.
Linen Only
For guests that stay for two or more weeks, we would visit the property to remove any dirty linen and remake the beds with fresh linen. If you provide towels, then we would also replace the used towels with fresh ones.

Holiday Home Services � Welcome Text � New for 2007
Our service window to clean holiday homes is normally 10.00hrs until 16.30 hrs. Quite often, a number of the houses are ready well before the deadline, particularly if our teams are working in pairs.
If we are given the mobile phone number of your incoming guests, they will get a text from our central text server, as soon as the house is ready so that they can get in early and unpack. With all the guests that we meet, we know that this will be a very welcome service and it will help enhance the professionalism of the service experience.

Holiday Home Services �Linen and Laundry
Linen & Laundry Services
We offer a very comprehensive managed linen and laundry service which. All of our linen and towels are professionally laundered using the very latest laundry equipment and techniques to help maintain a first class finish. We can either launder all your linen and towels or hire you everything that your property will need. All our hired linen is white and you can choose from high quality poly cotton or the ultimate in bed linen, Egyptian cotton. We can also provide advice and supply all the quilts, mattress protectors, pillow protectors and the beds.

Holiday Home Services - Sundries
Toiletries & Welcome Packs
We can supply any or all of the toiletries (toilet rolls, shower gel etc) and put together welcome packs which can include items such as dishwasher tablets, cloths, bin bags etc. If we supply these items, it can release you from having to find the time to source them and transport them to the property(s).
Welcome Extra
If you wish to offer items such as flowers, food, welcome trays, wine or indeed, just about anything for your guests, then we can provide this for you. We also offer a grocery shopping service for our guests. Please see our guest services for more details.

Holiday Home Services – Key Management & Reporting
Key Management
We have a number of ways that your guests can get the keys to the property and it does not mean hiding them under stones or plant pots! For security reasons we don�t release this information on our website, but it is a safe, secure and very customer friendly solution.
Reporting
After every service visit we complete a report that covers two essential elements. One is for the work that we have carried out and the other is a customer advice section. This is how we notify you of any items such as property damage, leaks, blocked drains and any breakages. These reports are sent to you in the post to keep but if we find any problems that need immediate attention, we will contact you immediately. If you have our Holiday Home Property Management Service, then our property management staff will deal with and resolve the problem for you.

Guest Information Packs
A professional information folder for your guests is important, particularly in an emergency. To help save you time and effort, we have produced a very high quality stitched folder that holds all the necessary local information.
Crisis Cleaning Service
If one of your customers has a mishap whilst renting your property and something needs to be cleaned as a matter of urgency, then we can respond rapidly to resolve the problem and put your customers minds to rest.
Carpet Cleaning
We offer a carpet and upholstery cleaning service which can be as comprehensive as you want it to be. Our carpet cleaners are members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and are certified by the institute of Inspection, Cleaning and restoration.
