Our cleaners are well trained, uniformed and of course fully insured to work within your home and they undertake all the agreed domestic duties as detailed within your bespoke cleaning specification.

Within our costs, we supply all the commercial cleaning chemicals which have been assessed for their suitability, as well as all the necessary equipment that is required. The dates of the service visits are always on an agreed schedule.

Domestic Cleaning Survey
The initial survey and quotation is free of charge. During this survey we establish exactly what is required, together with the cleaning frequencies and what special arrangements we need to make for things like the building security. From this survey, we can then create a bespoke cleaning specification for your property, undertake a risk assessment as well as agree the fixed costs of the service.

Reporting
Most of our customers are not in their property when we carry out our service visits so after every service visit, we complete a report that covers two essential elements. One is for the work that we have carried out and the other is a customer advice section. This is where we notify you of any items such as leaky taps, blocked drains, loose tiles or anything that may need attending to. This part of the service could spot problems early and save costly repairs later. These reports are filed in your service report book that is kept at your home.
